1. Before Dispatch:
◉ Customers can cancel their order at no charge before the item has been dispatched.

◉ Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days.
2. After Dispatch:
◉ Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may request a return or exchange after receiving the item (see the Return Policy section).
